So I disappeared for a while… Sorry for getting people worried there! Training was a whole lot of fun and yet pretty hard work too. I really enjoyed meeting co-workers from all over the place, and especially getting to know my office buddies 🙂
Pretty much spent the weekend at home, a whole of laundry and ironing. Started organizing my photos from last month’s roadtrip — didn’t finish, but got most of it done. I doubt I’m going to have time to write travelogues this time, so here are the albums:

Hmm… some interesting highlights along the way…
– Got a speeding ticket on my birthday… that sucked. But then got a birthday surprise from my family, which was very nice 🙂
– Totally went the wrong way when we got to Sequoia, and was really worried that we’d get stuck in the middle of nowhere with no gas. Thanks to the nice people at whatchamacallit diner, who directed us to a nice little camp ground by the lake.
– Had a ton of fun getting my dad to teach us self-defense stuff. Really helps to pass the time when there’s no TV & Internet 😛
– Flight back from LAX was canceled, which made me miss my first day of work. Great impression there. Thankfully I think no one really cared that much 😛
